At FLBC, one of our core values is whole-life discipleship—the kind of day-in, day-out ministry that happens most vividly in the dorms.  From D-Groups and wing devotions to one-on-one conversations and hosting weekend activities, our Dorm Assistants (DAs) play a vital role in shaping the spiritual lives of our students. These young adults walk alongside students, Jesus’ care, and investing deeply in their growth.

Discipleship often happens through simple, practical means of being present, providing care and encouragement, and building fellowship within the dorm. Meeting these needs can take the form of a coffee shop conversation, a meal shared, a small gift of encouragement, or resources for a meaningful group activity.

Through the Sponsor a Wing program, you can directly support these vital ministry opportunities. Your gift helps provide for the relational and discipleship needs of a single dorm wing for an entire semester. For $250, you’ll equip a DA to minister effectively to their wing of students, covering the cost of discipleship resources, meals, and supplies for events and gatherings.
