2025 Year-End Gifts
USPS postmark processing rules have recently changed. Keep in mind that postmarks do not reflect the date a letter is placed in a mailbox. Instead, the postmark shows the date the mail is processed by USPS, which could occur after January 1.
When mailing a year-end gift, there are three reliable ways to ensure your donation is credited to the 2025 tax year:
- Request a manual postmark at the post office counter
- Purchase a Certificate of Mailing, which serves as official proof of the mailing date
- Give electronically online by December 31

The new FLBCS annual campaign approach to fundraising includes all necessary funding beyond tuition, room, board, and fees. FLBCS has taken this approach to tie the strategic plan and budgeting to anticipated revenue, thus improving both planning and communication. Donors can still give as they like to projects, scholarships, or general giving, but everything else outside of items like future capital or debt reduction campaign is considered part of each year’s annual campaign.
Student Life Center Capital Campaign
The "SLC" has been a true center for student life ever since it opened in April of 2021. It boasts a multi-sport gymnasium, coffee shop, fitness center, faculty offices, classrooms, and student hangout area. It continues to surprise us in the ways it has enabled us to better disciple students, foster relationships with other Christian organizations, and host events on campus.
Donations to the Student Life Center Capital Campaign will help reduce the existing loan for the project.
