In my short time at AFLBS and AFLTS my confidence in sharing the gospel has grown stronger. Every class has helped equip me to engage culture with a better understanding of the salvation message to reach the lost and encourage those on their faith journey.

I work in a dark industry—tattoos. Each day for me starts with the question, “How am I going to be able to share Jesus with someone today?” On average I work with a client for three to four hours at a time, and it can be as long as seven hours per session. In those hours I am able to make a human connection. As they share their stories with me, I am able to share mine with them. As the Lord leads I am able to pray with my clients.

I continue to strive to be a light in a dark industry. People are hurting, and we need to engage them where they are at, and sometimes that happens to be in a tattoo studio.
