• Permitted Use: The promotional resources are made available solely for the purpose of promoting and representing Free Lutheran Bible College & Seminary (FLBCS) in a positive and accurate light, in connection with the college’s mission and activities.

• Attribution Required: Any use, reproduction, or distribution of these promotional resources must include clear and prominent attribution (e.g., "Image courtesy of Free Lutheran Bible College & Seminary").

• Prohibited Use: Users may not modify, alter, or use the promotional resources in any manner that is misleading, disparaging, libelous, defamatory, or otherwise detrimental to the reputation or interests of FLBCS. Users may not use these resources to imply endorsement of any ministry, organization, or individual without prior written consent from FLBCS communications team. 

• Limitations: By using these promotional resources, the user acknowledges and agrees that their reuse is strictly limited to that which is already allowed by applicable copyright law (such as fair use or fair dealing), and any reuse outside of promoting FLBCS must comply with all relevant legal statutes.
