Kids Connect Staff work directly with the Kids Connect Coordinator to create a safe, loving, peaceful, and engaging after school environment. They have the opportunity and responsibility to ensure the safety and well-being of children ages 4 years through 5th grade. Kids Connect staff are responsible for supervision of snack, recess and student activities such as story time, free play, crafts, and homework support. Qualified candidates will demonstrate aptitude in basic first aid, behavior discipleship, and positive communication with parents. Training is required prior to the first day with students.

Hours: Monday-Friday 2:30-5:30 p.m. following HCA's school calendar (September -May), which is posted on the website.
Hourly Rate: $16.00
