2024 AFLC Annual Conference Volunteer Form If you are willing to serve as a volunteer at this year's AFLC Annual Conference, please enter your contact information and availability below. FLBC staff will follow up with additional instructions. Service Opportunities: Vacation Bible School – Minister to children alongside our FLBC summer teams! One volunteer will be asked to assist with each age group. You will not be asked to teach a lesson or coordinate any portion of the VBS. Just help the kids enjoy VBS and make sure everyone is accounted for. Nursery - Help our youngest attendees enjoy their time during Conference! Volunteers will assist our Nursery Coordinator in play, crafts, and clean up for kids from birth to 3 years old. Meals - Help with meals served in the cafeteria. This includes taking meal tickets, ensuring food line is restocked, and clean up after the meal. Coffee Breaks - Help our Coordinator ensure that the coffee pots of filled, snacks are out, and trash is cleared for the scheduled breaks throughout Conference.
