Opportunity Description
Office Administrator

Commitment & Compensation:
- 20 hours per week, 1:00-5:00pm
- $20 per hour

Education and Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Publisher / InDesign)
- Understanding of web design

General Duties
- Connect with church staff regarding schedules, work related items, etc.
- Answer phone – take messages / relay to appropriate source
- Upkeep and maintain Church directory / Church records / Database
- Maintain and upkeep office area / Order supplies
- Putting together Sunday morning worship bulletin each week
- Compiling the monthly newsletter
- Design church promotional material
- Upkeep and maintain church website / church digital sign
- Upload weekly recorded church services
- Maintain church social media presence
- Design Sunday Morning Slides

Other General Expectations
- Should be ever conscious of the need for confidentiality
- Should exhibit professionalism in appearance, work ethic, and accountability
- Should give attention to details with an eye for excellence
- Should be a self-starter, good and multitasking and prioritizing projects
- Should have the ability to work independently without supervision
