To enhance the overall campus experience and have an impact on the community, the FLBCS are seeking initial funding for the new Student Life Center. This facility will provide a place for varsity and intramural athletics as well as large events like Annual Conference. It includes office and classroom space, a fitness center, and a large gathering space with seating and a concessions area. It will become the center of student life on campus. Please consider giving to support this campaign and sharing the information from this site with other friends of the Schools.

And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work. -2 Corinthians 9:8 (ESV)

Student Life Center Update, August 29, 2019

Next Monday we welcome 61 new students to campus for their first year of study at FLBC! They join 39 returning students who have put to work this summer what they learned last year in the classroom. Our new Dean, Pastor Adam Osier, is ready with his team to minister to students both inside and outside the classroom. Additionally, 27 students continue their seminary studies under the direction of Dr. James Molstre, Free Lutheran Seminary Dean. As we get ready for the new school year we have also been working to advance construction of the Student Life Center. The most important duty is to wait for approval from various government entities. There is not much you can do to hasten that process, but we are thankful to our general contractor (Kinghorn) and our architect (ARY) for their help. Two weeks ago we ordered steel and concrete. Yesterday we looked at interior colors and A/V design. I just started the conversation with a scoreboard provider.  The project is moving along and we anticipate actual building in September with an August, 2020 completion. In the months to come we will also provide a link to a webcam that will allow you to follow progress on the Student Life Center. Funds for the project continue to come in, and you can plan on hearing more about the project, including a listing of some specific items in the building for your reference in giving. Some donors have given to scholarships, or expressed interest in doing so. Another donor spoke up to provide funding for Pickleball courts! Please pray for the school year ahead of us and for progress on the Student Life Center. Your support for the Free Lutheran Bible College and Seminary means the world to us as we continue to establish students in the eternal and inerrant word of God.

In Christ,
Pastor Wade Mobley
President, Free Lutheran Bible College and Seminary
